Ashton Winger finishes 13th in Peach State Classic at Senoia Raceway

Ready for the biggest weekend at his home track, Ashton Winger checked into Senoia (Ga.) Raceway on Friday afternoon and joined a 45-car field as he kicked off the two-day Peach State Classic with FloRacing Night in America.

After falling back in his heat race, Winger did not start his B-Main and was not in the $20,000-to-win opener. Ashton had much better luck on Saturday evening and transferred to the $30,000 finale with a runner-up finish in his heat. Ashton wound up 13th in the 75-lapper.
