Ashton Winger races to sixth-place finish at All-Tech

On Thursday evening with the 43 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on hand at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.), Winger came in fifth in his heat before grabbing the third-and-final transfer spot in his B-Main. After losing Friday’s event to Mother Nature, Ashton missed a transfer spot by one position in his heat on Saturday, relegating him into the B-Main. Scoring a second-place finish behind Daulton Wilson, Winger locked into the 19th-starting position for the finale. With $15,000 on the line, Ashton gained 12 spots in the 50-lapper to finish seventh.
