Winger competes with Lucas Oil at Brownstown

Thursday night found Ashton Winger in action at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Ind.) piloting the Hatcher’s Motorsports No. 6 Late Model for the Indiana Icebreaker rescheduled from March 20. Tagging the tail of the B-Main for a shot into the $15,000-to-win A-Main, Ashton gained one spot to finish sixth. (Heath Lawson photo)

On Friday for the Night Before the Jackson, Ashton edged his way into the feature with the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat. With $10,000 on the line, Winger was an early retiree on lap 35.
