10th Place Finish in Ginger Owens March Madness at Gaffney

On Sunday afternoon Ashton Winger visited Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) piloting the Franklin Enterprises No. 12 Late Model entry for the Southern All Star Series sanctioned Ginger Owen March Madness. In a field of 29 cars, Winger secured his spot into the main event with a 3rd place finish in his heat race. With $12,000 on the line, Ashton improved one position in the 60-lap affair to place 10th.
